I was browsing around on Etsy looking for some great new products to share with my lovely readers when I came across the shop of Cayla Bores.  Her shop GreatMigration uses one of my most FAVORITE materials ever.  VINTAGE FABRIC.  I am a seamstress, so when I see things made from vintage fabrics, I get super excited.  Now turn that into an adorable accessory and you have a winning product in my book!

Cayla sent me one of her super cute braided headbands to review.  They are made from vintage, recycled fabric so no two will ever be identical!  She has a bunch of AMAZING fabrics to choose from!  The headbands are available in single and double braid versions and are finished with an elastic back so they stay in place.

I love that the headband can double as a necklace when I’m not using it to keep my hair out of my face.  What is really awesome about these headbands and the other beautiful accessories is that they are made using a small piece of fabric so Cayla has nothing going unused in her shop!!  It makes me really happy to know the her trash can is not full of fabric scraps like mine is!  I should probably send my scraps her way!
