I have discovered the most DELICIOUS lactation cookies EVER.  No, I am not kidding.  I’m not exaggerating!  These are AMAZING!!  I discovered Sweet T’s Treats on Etsy while browsing for some yummy lactation goodies.  Now I usually make my own cookies, but I almost feel like I should just throw in the towel after tasting these.  They are a million times more delicious than mine.  No joke.

Catrina sent me a HUGE sampler which included two 2-packs of four different flavors, Trail Mix, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Dark Chocolate Cherry and Chocolate Coconut Almond as well as two packages of her insanely delectable granola.  O. M. G.  Folks, this mama knows how to bake.  First off, the cookies are big!  No tiny baby cookies here.  Big pieces of coconut, chunks of chocolate…  These cookies are FULL of flavor!  There are other flavors and you can even request custom flavors if you’d like something different.

You know what makes them even better?  No butter!  I know…  You’re probably thinking, “But butter is full of awesome!”, which it is, but coconut oil is better for you and your health!  Less fat means you can enjoy these cookies without the guilt or 10 extra laps around the block.  Plus, they are full of other wonderful ingredients like cage-free eggs from her own chickens and of course, the key ingredients that get that milk flowing!

I’m sure you are wondering if they actually WORK and the answer is YES!!  Since I have returned home, I have been trying to reestablish my nursing relationship without much luck.  While Charlie is interested in my boobs, he really just wants to poke and squeeze them.  However, these cookies have definitely changed and increased my milk.  I was nearly all dried up with a thick, kind of salty milk.  I actually leaked through my shirt while eating these cookies and the salty taste has disappeared from my milk.  Yes, I tasted it.  HAHA!

If I had to choose a favorite flavor, it would be a hard decision, but I would pick the Chocolate Coconut Almond.  Hello.  Almond Joy in cookie form.  Look at all that coconut!!  These are seriously, without a doubt, the best lactation cookies ever.  Not that I have tried them all, but I can’t imagine a better one than these!  And if you’re not much of a sweets mama, you can get the benefits of the lactation goodies in the granola.  It contains dried fruit and seeds and is perfect with some almond milk (I used chocolate because CHOCOLATE!).

If you’d like to enter to win a dozen lactation cookies (there will be TWO winners!  YAY!), follow the steps on the widget below!  View our complete giveaway rules.  Winner will be selected and posted on our Facebook page next Tuesday, January 13th!

  1. I think my wife would love these! She has been nursing our little one for 12 weeks now and has been looking for delicious AND healthy options to enhance her milk supply. Catrina sounds like she knows what she is doing. Bravissima!

  2. I have 2 daughters who are presently nursing. One for 15 months and 1 for 47 days. I am so proud of them both.

  3. I’m not nursing, but one of my good friends is. I’d like to win these for her. She’d love these. It’d be a good, thoughtful treat for her. :)
