I have never been much of a gardener, but since Spring has arrived, I have learned how bad the mosquitoes are this year.  That means that I have got to get myself some mosquito repelling plants in the yard to keep me and my kids from being eaten alive.  The thing I hate most about having plants is that I have to remember to water them.

We live in Texas where it is HOT and DRY.  The plants need water, so I have to deal with the chore of either going back and forth 20 times with a pitcher to water everything or lugging the cumbersome and heavy water hose around to the front of the house.  Honestly, I’d rather do the 20 pitcher trips.  That was until I got a hold of the Expandable Gorilla Hose.

This hose is really neat because when it is all squished up, it’s fairly light and easy for my two older boys to carry.  When water is flowing through and it is completely expanded, the hose is SO long!  It can reach everywhere in the yard with such ease.

The materials that the hose is made out of are so sturdy that it refuses to leak, kink or get tangled up.  You (or your older child) can easily use this hose all over the yard!
