I don’t always make lactation cookies, but when I do, I need a great tool like the Orblue Pastry Blender.  The pastry blender is made of super strong stainless steel.  It has a nice, grippy handle that is easy to grasp.  I love that it doesn’t feel cheap and flimsy, especially when I am working with a thick dough.

The pastry blender is perfect for cutting butter into dry ingredients and does so with great ease.  Thanks to the steel blades, you can do the job in half of the time that you used to!  You can also use this pastry blend to chop up food items, or even mash potatoes or avocado if you’re making homemade baby food.  It really has many uses!

You are able to put the pastry blender into the dishwasher, but I personally prefer to hand wash it.  I feel like the better I take sure of my kitchen tools, the longer they will take care of me!!
