I have been giving a bit of effort to consume less gluten.  I have noticed how different (and better) that I feel when my body isn’t being dragged down by wheat products.  I got to try out the Morning Pep Blanched Almond Flour and it is some good stuff!

It can be used as a wheat flower substitute in many foods such as bread, cake and cookies.  I made some Nutella pancakes for my kiddos with the almond flour and they were decadent and delicious!  Almond flour has no cholesterol and is full of nutrients such as fiber and iron.  It’s WAY better for you that wheat flour!

It’s pretty easy to find recipes that actual call for using almond flour so you don’t have to worry about messing up anything.  Morning Pep carries a nice line of products including essential oils.  What would YOU make with some almond flour??
