If you don’t get enough vitamin A, you can develop abnormally flaky and oily skin, and eventually notice hair thinning. This is a job for fruits already mentioned and those are tomatoes and watermelon. Another vitamin vital for strong and healthy hair is the one with the letter C; therefore, we are back on the amazing strawberries, which contain an abundance of it. Finally, great hair requires iron, and one of the best sources of iron is cherry.
