CrunchyFamily.com has evolved! Now written and managed by the team behind top UK parenting blog In The Playroom, Anna Marikar and Luciana Oliveira.

Crunchy Family is a space for us to share our experiences on pregnancy, natural birth, gentle parenting, raising healthy happy kids and natural living. When it comes to a crunchy lifestyle, we believe in doing what’s best for you and embracing natural living at your own pace. We are all on our own journeys and this is a non judgemental space.

We moved both our families from London to the Welsh countryside where we raise our 5 kids and many pets.
