40 Journal Prompts for Kids

Ever since getting into journaling myself, I’ve encouraged my kids to do it, too. I want them to grow up knowing healthy coping methods to turn to and how to release their thoughts and worries.

I’m teaching them other ways, too.

Kid-friendly journal prompts

  1. If you could have a conversation with an animal, which one would it be, and what would you talk about?
  2. Write a story about a magical day at school where anything is possible.
