Simple Calendula Soap Recipe

This makes around 5 to 6 soap bars if using the same mold.
Materials
- 1lb glycerin melt and pour soap base
- ¼ cup calendula powder
- 20-25 drops essential oil (you choice of oils - our suggestions below)
- Soap mold
Instructions
- Cut up the melt and pour soap base into small squares. This helps it melt more evenly.
- Melt in the microwave on low heat for 30 seconds at a time. Stir in between until it is completely melted.
- Add in your essential oils. Stir well to mix to ensure the fragrance is evenly distributed.
- Next, add in the calendula powder and stir thoroughly. Wait for it to cool for a bit so the calendula powder is mixed throughout the entire soap.
- Then, pour into your mold. Wait a few hours or overnight until it is hard.
- Take out of your mold and enjoy. Your homemade calendula soap bars are now ready to use!
Notes
You can add different essential oils if you want.
Store your finished soap bars in a cool, dry place / room temperature away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
